guppy_sandhu"You look manky." Frogspawn comments affectionnately as she comes into the bedroom. "S'up?"
Guppy gets up from his lounged state.
"I'm all right now, I just got cross with myself. Atton turned into a giant werewolf from the black lagoon accidentally on purpose and I freaked out and now I feel pathetic."
"Why don't you tell me the whole thing?" She sits down next to him, yoinking the 250g bar of dairy milk chocolate off him. "Whilst I save you from tooth decay."
Guppy relates the evening's events, only stopping to glance at her in surprise when she starts giggling.
"What?"
"I'm sorry, it just tickled me that you're worrying yourself about being pathetic even though you didn't hyperventilate and you stopped to protect Will, but in the process of worrying you're lying on the bed in a wilted fashion in your bunny pyjamas eating enormous quantities of chocolate."
"You think I'm being pathetic now?"
"Nah." Frogspawn breaks off another chunk of the bar. "I like chocolate too. I'm just trying to put your angst in perspective. I'm fine with dogs, but if my best friend turned into a werewolf I'd be pretty freaked too."
Guppy gives her a big grateful hug. She hugs back.
"I'm going to take action on this you know." he says.
"Hm?"
"Tomorrow I'm going to buy some pyjamas that don't have bunnies on so that I can angst with dignity next time."
