Reception

[guppy_sandhu]

Guppy's house. What little furniture there is has been mostly moved upstairs, apart from the threadbare sofa, bean bag and a few newly mended garden chairs.

The whole area is decorated with ribbons and flowers.

"Hmfh." The woman says, eying her. "I suppose my son has been telling you what a bad parent I am."

Amanda crosses her arms, "No but you just did." she points out, "Because Guppy would never do anything like that."

"He has always been a disappointment." she says. "I came back today only because Darvesh insisted I would regret it if we didn't. He has gone soft."

"I don't know how you could say he is a disappointment. He saves peoples lives. He works hard. Cares about people. He's extremely responsible. He is a very special man." she has that, 'I should know' tone in her voice.

At least the fight has been diffused...
