Reception

[guppy_sandhu]

Guppy's house. What little furniture there is has been mostly moved upstairs, apart from the threadbare sofa, bean bag and a few newly mended garden chairs.

The whole area is decorated with ribbons and flowers.

Amanda laughs, "That sounds like him."

"He's upstairs if you want to see him. Sleeping it off."

"Perhaps later. I haven't seen you or anyone else from Milliways in a while." she notices Knox for one.

"I hope you are getting more rest then you were." yes she still worries.

"Were you around when I changed jobs to working with the elderly?"

Amanda shakes her head, "No I wasn't." she laughs, "Guess you were used to dealing with the elderly." taking a shot at herself.

"You don't look a day over twenty one."

"You are too kind." she knows better.

"So what then are you dong now?"

[guppy_sandhu]

"I work in geriatric rehabilitation. It's still got its own challenges but the patients don't tend to try and hurt me and the hours are more regular."

"That is wonderful." she beams at him. "It sounds less abusive."

"It is. And Frogspawn works in physiotherapy, just downstairs."

"So you two aren't far apart, that's wonderful."

"I get to see her at work a few times a day." Guppy says. "Suits me perfectly."

"Have you told her about Milliways?"

[guppy_sandhu]

"Yes, she knows and is happy with it."

"That is wonderful." she beams, "Has she been able to visit the bar?" though she isnt' sure if that would be a good idea given how dangerous it could be.

"No, unfortunately. I can't get her through the door. But she doesn't mind."

"Perhaps it's for the best. Milliways can be dangerous."

"Yeah, it would be complicated if we both went."

"Guess it helps if she can cover for you."

[guppy_sandhu]

"Exactly. And in times of crisis she makes me packed lunches."

"How sweet." she holds her hand over her heart.

Guppy grins.

"She looks after me, I look after her. Teamwork."

"That is how it is meant to be."

"i wish you both luck and happiness." she kisses him once on each cheek.

"Thank you." he returns the kisses.

"What are you up to these days?"

"Just travelling." she shrugs
