Guppy's house is delapidated but of reasonable size. Downstairs is a living room, dining room, toilet, kitchen and garage. The dining room contains a table and chairs, some wine glasses with lilies on and cutlery (from Sara and Mark) in a small cupboard by the window. The toilet, only a toilet.
The garage currently contains a tool box, some empty kitten pens and a pair of bicycles. In bad weather it also contains Guppy's car, which is blue.
The kitchen contains a fridge, a cooker, a sink, two toasters (a present from Atton), a kettle (a present from Demeter), a blender (from Amanda), a food mixer (from Will and Kate) and a small work surface area. The kitchen is now completely refurbished and looks nice.

The hallway with the stairs has pictures along the wall of very small runt puppies, left by the previous owner (deceased, left Sparky as the house's official owner). The stairs have a child gate on. As you go up, there are a couple of other pictures of groups of travellers camping out back. Closer inspection will reveal that all these pictures were glued immovably to the wall. The area near the front door has a statue of Athena from Mia and Draco. The cats and dog are not allowed upstairs when the family are home.
On the right hand side at the top of the stairs is the bathroom, with toilet, sink and bath/shower. There are his and hers dressing gowns (from Momiji) in purple and pink with their names on.
The room to the left is Guppy and Frogspawn's bedroom, with a bed (red quilt from Rapunzel), a dresser and armoire (from Kate). Sitting on the bed in winter are a cuddly frog and fish hot water bottles (from Enzo). On top of the dresser are a few precious things, and between the armoire and the wall is a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf, full. Along the corridor is the study, which still stands empty.
At the end of the corridor above the garage is the spare room, which currently contains Anita's baby things, a mattress, a bedside locker and some more books, including a first edition Hippocrates text from Amanda, books on Sprite medicine from Enzo, and a parental autism text from Penny. This room was also used by Frogspawn when she was lodging, and as Alexander's bedroom when he was very tiny. Currently it is being used for storage.
In the attic (which has a fixed ladder with bannister to access, and a stair gate at the top and bottom) is what looks like a conversion into two children's bedrooms.

The second attic room is Coral's bedroom. It is currently done in yellow, with pink coral pictures on one wall. There is a crib and a changing table, and a number of cuddly toys (including a red sprite bear from Enzo and a bird-like one cuddly toy from Zak). On the ceiling is a twinkly mobile.
The back garden is extensive, but beware falling tree branches and sinking ground near the back; this area has been fenced off by a three foot tall fence and has a gate with a bolt on the other side. Also something appears to have been attacking the grass, but the diagnosis is yet to be completed. There is a shed near the house, containing gardening equipment and some outdoor toys. In the fenced in area near the house are some flowers, a sand pit (covered when not in use) and a swing set.
Out front is a driveway, which is quite long and passes through two lines of tall trees.
The whole house is protected by Atton Rand's super shiny burglar defenses. Usually they are only fully activated at night, to prevent embarrassing force field incidents.
