Sep. 15th, 2005 09:56 amGuppy stumbles as he goes back through the portal to home. This time the frown is deeper than when he entered the bar. For some reason, he has encountered some interference between the two in both directions. This is not something he has noticed before.
He sits down on the bed and tries to remember what he saw in the intervening seconds. It was like... like a light flickering on and off. He'd seen a flash of a different place, which was a bit like being in a box, but he wasn't entirely sure what it was.
He shrugs. Maybe it was normal. He makes a mental note to ask Ray some time, and wonders at this point where Ray is. He hasn't seen him for ages. As he goes to feed the kitten, the thoughts of the mysterious interference are forgotton.
