The day in Holby started out quiet. City Hospital paramedics were called out to an injured woman on the Farmeade estate, the rough area of Holby accounting for 70% of Holby City's Accident and Emergency intake. The girl responsible, following a chase, runs out in front of the ambulance and is sent flying into the air.
Less than half an hour later, the Farmeade Estate descends into riotous chaos. Missiles are thrown, cars set on fire, and anger directed primarily against the emergency services themselves, accusing them of negligence.
It's been bubbling up for so long, it seems that this is the coming of rage...
