They emerge from a broom cupboard to the sounds of a temporary theatre. Grease is the ward is plastered in a big banner over the top, with SHOCKED just below.

There are two trolleys, mobile beds, tucked away at one side of the stage - the rest of the set is made to look like two hospital wards with a reception desk in the middle.

People are already starting to filter in. Nobody notices the cupboard has managed to multiply people.
