Friday 8th July: Guppy and Mitzi are in the bar in the daytime. They talk to Barry, who is pensive about various animal transformations. Mitzi gives Ray a magic feather to protect him whilst she and Guppy are on holiday in Spain. Guppy talks to Gil about what happened with his father. They both talk to Gaspode about his internal itching.

In the evening Guppy comes face to face with the Joker throwing a bomb around. After briefly trying to establish whether or not it is live, he tells Raph because the Joker is clearly insane. He also tells Behrooz and Asar-Suti that he is going to Spain.
