Guppy winces slightly. Not because of the painful swollen nose, but because he's going to have to fib. Either that or tell Holly he's been visiting a bar at the end of the universe, which would result in him visiting the psychiatric ward at the end of the corridor.
"There was a woman I thought was being attacked, but she actually wasn't and her husband wasn't very pleased."
"Remember that little chat we had about you trying to be a superhero?" Holly checks his nose carefully. "It's not broken, but you're going to look like a boxer for a couple of days. He didn't knock you out did he?"
Guppy shakes his head. "No, it bled a bit though."
"Silly." She ruffles his hair. "Don't know how you get into these things."
